Position Summary
岗位概述
Duties：
- Check and understand purchase request;
- Set up inquiries on global basis;
- Investigate and compare information from vendor, provide information in terms of price, quality, delivery date, payment term etc.,
- Generate the price comparison and lead negotiations with suppliers;
- Provide the order proposal and get confirmation according regulation;
- Place order with vendor, follow production progress and delivery time, and monitor products quality;
- Check and receive goods together with Engineering and QM Dept;
- Solve problem during purchasing together with Engineering;
- Arrange payment to vendor;
- Build up a reliable supplier base for the products you are responsible for;
- Build up database of vendors, and keep contacts on regular and irregular basis;
- Do supplier evaluation according AH Regulations and set up measures;
- Keep records of approved suppliers;
-Observe the market developments,and react on changings and set measures.

Competence
任职资格
- Minimum 5 years experience in the power plant or Power distribution industry in designing/ engineering / commissioning/ manufactur etc;
- Be familiar with main mechanical components in Power Plant;
- Bachelor or above graduation majored in mechanical Engineering;
- Mechanical Power engineering experience is essential;
