职位描述：
Responsibilities and duties
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    ? Initialize business opportunities in industrial outsourcing in an important industrial area;
? Establish and maintain close relationships with industrial clients, companies, and business partners;
? Make the diligence investigation with the relevant assistance;
? Work together with other team and group members and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
? Negotiate projects and contracts with the daily supports and advices of the management.

Preferred qualifications
? At least 5 year experiences on business development, ideally in business solutions
? University degree is required ( Chemical or environmental field preferably )
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
? Good business sense with a natural disposition for business development
? Self - motivated & proactive; Cross-cultural, conflict resolution
? Good team player
? Fluent English (spoken & written), French is a plus
? A previous experience in the Qingdao area will be preferred
