Summary
The candidate will be part of the Staffing team in China and will be responsible for recruitment and additional HR responsibilities as required. He/she will report into the Greater China Staffing Manager and will provide key support to hiring managers to meet business’ recruiting needs, and participate in the development of best-practice Staffing initiatives and solutions.
Responsibilities
Manages and executes the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing
Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs
Develop good understanding of critical job competencies, and implement best-practice recruiting methods to develop new creative sources of candidates. This includes management and coordination of 3rd party search vendors
Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Responsible for the monitoring of and generation of recruitment metrics reports and also ensure compliance with regulatory and/or client-specific process requirements in terms of recruitment
Requirements
B.S./B.A. Degree in English, Management, HR Management or related degree.
3-6 years’ experience as a Recruiter from MNCs. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success with using best practice recruiting methods. Strong ability to identify and attract passive job seekers through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other channels
Prior experience in both in-house and agency roles is advantageous. Past use of a web-based applicant tracking system (e.g. Taleo) is ideal
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Proven ability to work across cultures in a matrix and fast-paced environment
Detailed and process oriented with an ability to be flexible and deal with high levels of ambiguity
