Job description:

? Plan and execute the penetration into the key account / global customer

? 大力的发展当地的终端以及大型客户

? Develop leads, prepare and submit quotations, negotiate and close orders with customers primarily

? 通过相关渠道，不断发展新客户，并且准备以及草拟针对于经销商以及终端客户的合约

? Realize project acquisition according to the strategy

? 根据政府的政策以及客户的需要制定相应的策略以及安全方案

? Implement and maintain sales strategy with priorities based on realizable incremental targets

? 根据新增的客户不断改善和制定相应的销售策略

? Identify and prioritize company sales support activities to maximize opportunities for growth with assessment of likely gains of short term, medium term, and long term

? 以公司效益为基础来确定目前销售策略的短期中期长期目标

? Fully manage the sales assignment and take charge of the after-market responsibility

? 有效的分配关系好销售的工作并且承担针对于市场后续的任务

? Conduct relevant market research

? 进行相应的市场调查

? Traveling extensively in the entire assigned territory. Identify and develop new distributors and provide them with sales and after-sales support

? 在指定的区域大力发展新的潜在客户，并且给予相关的销售支持

? Report effectively to the superiors, for all the activities undertaken

? 及时向上级报告相关活动的进度

? Correspondence with the distributors and head office whenever necessary

? 根据总公司需要以及相关部门的需要积极与经销商联系，做好桥梁工作

? Liaison with distributors, institutes, tender authorities, head office etc.

? 做好经销商与当地相关政府机关，权力机关的联系工作

? Creative thinking-suggestions which would effectively contribute to the growth the company's business and profitability

? 提出有利于公司业务发展的创造性建议

? Completes other assignments and special projects as requested

? 根据要求完成其他相关的工作和特殊企划

Job Requirement:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental/Health/Safety Engineering

? 拥有相关环境工程/安全工程/卫生方面的学士学位

? 3+ years related experience on Sales and Marketing

? 三年以上销售以及市场方面相关工作经验

? Willing to business travel; Good communication skills, can deliver the product and application training independently

? 相关的商务出差，有良好的沟通能力，能独立的给相应的客户做相关培训

? High sense of urgency

? 有极强的责任心，紧迫感

? Must have and maintain a high level of integrity and ethics

? 要有良好的职业道德以及较高的诚信

? Must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and must be able to perform all tasks and assignments independently & creative

? 有自信，细心，有能力独立完成任务，有创造思维能力

? Proficiency in English language.

? 有良好的英语沟通能力
