Responsibilities
Develop, update and implement relevant company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and local standards primarily with focus on reducing compliance risk within specific areas (finance, purchasing, payroll etc.)
Identify risk within specific compliance related areas and in cooperation with Head of Business Support develop plan for risk mitigating actions.
Develop and implement testing plan and perform specific area testing of internal controls on an ongoing monthly and quarterly basis.
Assist in conducting compliance investigation as assigned by local management.
Join and act as representative in the company global compliance community.
Qualifications:
Have a relevant university or bachelor degree in finance or accounting.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an auditing, finance or compliance function.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Be able to work independently.
Be able to analyze and quickly understand complex processes.
Be able to stand up for your own opinion of what you believe is right
