Commercial Banking (CMB)

HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking

services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated Relationship Managers and Business Specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their businesses.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To contribute to the growth of Sub-branch’s business, which is corporate-banking focused, to maximize profitability and cross-sell other Group members’ product/services

- To build an efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff

- To safeguard the Bank from potential losses

- To implement the Group compliance policy locally

- To contribute to the good image of the Bank

- To manage the operational risks and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University graduate (recognized by the state) or above with 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably in a corporate banking environment
- General understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of general banking experience
- Competence in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit
- Managerial experience of at least 2 years
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
