职位描述

  • 工作的目的
  • 专注于两家公司直接专柜和旗舰店的主要客户管理
  • 执行内部和外部的零售培训和辅导
  • 通过零售性能增强每个柜台的营业收入和出口量

工作职责

  • 协助销售总监,解决国民经济核算客户业务发展战略,并开始/管理,相应的经营计划和年度合同
  • 管理与买家与战略规划和建议(总部级)谈判的重点零售账户。
  • 开发/加强与重点零售客户的关系,并最大限度地提高我们的網上商店的品牌知名度
  • 特别是理解重点零售客户业务
    - 发展战略
    - 战略的商业机会
  • 按品牌按月分按分店打破年度目标,并与区域団队合作,突破公司利潤和渗透目标内的投资预算
  • 每月与账户业务审查和实施的发展机遇
  • 管理帐户的P&L,度身订造的SOP和其他特殊促销活动,以提高销售业绩。
  • 启动客户渠道的独家推广和评估促销活动的有效性
  • 产品的清单,并负责账户的普及率
  • 提供提示支持,培训及辅导销售团队在知识的帐户/谈判和执行方面。
  • 监事工作的检查和加强Aprica的Graco公司的产品展示和品牌商品
  • 负责零售柜台执行公司直销柜台和客户的旗舰计数器
  • 监控和定期调整的零售促销
  • 配合公司相同的目标市场营销,财务,供应链管理及其他分销商模式

职业资格

  • 大学本科以上学历;
  • 管理经验是必须的;
  • 至少8-10年以上销售相关工作经验;
  • 婴童产业在有良好的知识;
  • 了解业务规划和评论;
  • 良好的解决问题和分析技能;
  • 良好的人际关系,口头和书面的沟通和表达能力;
  • 积极思考,自我激励,高度可靠的,委婉的,持久的和结果为导向;

知识与技能

  • 在零售柜台及直接与客户的销售経験
  • 市场营销知识,尤其是对品牌
  • 为提高零售执行贸易营销知识
  • SOP的基本知识,按季度每月作出准确的销售预测,
  • 获取竞争对手的信息
  • 促銷人員的管理技巧
  • 培训和辅导技能



  • Job Purpose:
    · Focus on both company direct counters and Key customers’ flagship store management
    · Execute the retailing training and coaching both internal and external
    · Enhance VPO and OI for each counters through retailing performance
  • Job Responsibilities:
    · Assist Sales Director to address KA business development strategy within owned national accounts, and initate/manage business plan and annual contract accordingly

·Manage Key Retail Accounts negotiating with their buyers (HQ level) with strategic planning and

proposals.

·Develop / enhance relationships with Key Retail Accounts and maximize our brand presence in those

online / offline stores

·Understand Key Retail Account businesses particularly

a. Their growth strategies

b. Business opportunities in line with those strategies

· Break down KA annual target by brand by month by branch, and work with regional KA team to hit BP and

penetration target within the investment budget
· Monthly business review with national key accounts and implement the development opportunities
· Manage account’s P&L, tailor-made SOP and other special promotion activity to boost sales

achievement.
· Initiate exclusive promotion for KA channel and evaluate the promotion effectiveness
· Product list in and penetration in responsible accounts
· Provide prompt supporting , training & coaching to Sales team & promoters in terms of account


knowledge/negotiation and execution.
· Work as supervisor to check and enhance Aprica & Graco products display and brand merchandising
· Responsible for the retail counter execution both company direct counter and customers’ flagship

counter
· Monitor and adjust the retail promotion regularly
· Co-ordinate with Marketing, Finance, SCM and other distributor model for the same objective of the

company

Qualifications:
· University degree or above;
· KA Management experience is a must;
· At least 8-10 years sales relative experience;
· Good knowledge in Baby industry;
· Understanding of business planning and reviews ;
· Good problem solving and analytical skills;
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills;
· Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, tactful, persistent and result-
orientated;

Knowledge & Skills
· Sales in Retailing counter both direct and customers
· Marketing knowledge especial for brands
· Trade marketing knowledge for enhancing retailing execution
· Basic Knowledge for SOP, accurate sales forecast by month by Quarter
· Intention to get competitor information
· Management skill for promoter
· Training and coaching skills
