职位描述：
Purpose:
To Develop and generate long-term profitable relationship with Damco customers
Primarily develop OCE, AIR freight customers and grow the market share
Promote and Market Damco brand at local market, especially in air freight aspect

Principal Accountabilities:
Develop direct customers business：
Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in your KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Identify, develop and materialize the potential OCE, AIR freight business and right customers, according to Damco customer segmentation.
Report to sales manager of the new market opportunities.
Draft the sales call plan according to guidance from sales manager.
Make sales calls to direct customers according sales call plan.
Find and design solution for customers to catch new business.
Deliver market promotion plan locally.
Deliver the sales call quantity and quality based on requirement.
Maintain relationships with customers and secure their business stable with Damco.
Ensure that the CRM are being updated at all times.

Promote and Market the Damco Brand：
Brand Damco as the independent world class logistics provider.
Constantly identify market and customer needs. Work out the tailor-made logistics solutions for customers’ specific needs.

Monitor and be aware of market trends：
Ensure that market trends are report to management swiftly in order to allow managements to react quickly to the market place to maintain and strengthen our position.
Ensure that sales reports must be presented to the sales manager.
Collect feedback from direct customers and combined them to be market report for reference.

General
Always comply with the company’s policies/guidelines at all times
Always strive towards productivity improvements, rationalization, innovation and team spirit. Likewise provide defect-free logistics solution meeting our customers’ needs, and internal requirements the first time, every time.
Conduct your work in a constructive and positive manner at all times, live, communicates, inspire and promote the Core Culture and behaviors.

Specific Requirements for the Position
Adequate experiences and knowledge on logistics market, especially with sound records on air freight business and customer development.
Global view and sense.
Strong execution spirit.
Strong communication skills.

Energetic.
Working pressure handling.
Good English in both oral and written.
