职位描述：
Responsibility:
Manage all TAM R&D Engineering activities
Reports directly to Director of Engineering.
Direct contact with Huawwei for technical and quality issues for R&D projects, including work relating to process improvement, data collection, capability analysis, cost reduction and failure analysis.
Schedule R&D projects to ensure on time delivery.
Coordinate WIP status and yield by part number collect the specific project planing data for critical processing as identified by the specific project plan.
Coordinate with factory to ensure required Materials are ordered.
Develop Project Time Lines and Process Control Plans.
Continuous follow up with staff and Process Engineering to ensure Project Time Lines and Control Plans.
Maintain "Completed Project Reports" detailing "Red and Green" flags on R&D projects
Report to upper management Daily, Weekly, and Monthly on R&D project activities.

Requirement:
Ideal candidate should have experience in handling high technology customer accounts in an advanced PCB manufacturing environment.
Holds a degree in engineering, preferably in chemical, Industrial or manufacturing engineering.
Has a minimum of 10+ years working in an advanced PCB manufacturer, preferably 5 years minimum at management level.
Has a solid understanding of Advanced Materials PCB fabrication.
Strong leadership skill with an outgoing character.
Ability to speak both English and Putonghua
Solid communication skills
Proactive character.
Good quality mindset, resilient and must be able to work closely with customers and sales
