职位描述：
A. General information

Basic job purpose:
此职位汇报给工厂设备工程师， 主要作为设备维修的角色，在辅助工厂生产线进行工艺提升改造的同时，主要进行日常产线设备维护保养，异常故障处理，保证生产线的流畅运转，并协同设备供应商确保新设备正常引进。


B. Responsibilities

1. 有效解决设备的故障问题，总结各种故障发生的原因及预防故障的正确操作方法。
2. 编写设备操作指导（WI），对操作员进行培训。
3. 负责设备的日维护，周保养，月保养及季度或年度大修计划及实施。
4. 设备及生产线的自动化改造，配合设备工程师和供应商一起完成设备的自动化升级，并跟踪改进效果。
5. 新设备的引进，安装调试，制定设备验收规格，配合供应商一起保证设备顺利投入。
6. 根据产品不同结构及生产流程，设计设备的***运行速度，保证生产线效率最大化。
7. 帮助生产部门提高设备综合利用率。

C. Required Skills & Experience:

1. 机械工程、机电一体化、自动化，中专以上学历。
2. 4年以上设备维修相关工作经验，有较强的动手能力。
3. 良好的人际沟通能力， 善于换位思考，良好的团队精神。
4. 有过设备自动化改造及开发经验的优先考虑。
5. 善于钻研，对技术难题乐于思考其根本原因，制定并实施相应的解决方案。 举报 分享
