职位描述：
Train management and employees at assigned \Clariant or Partner sites regarding ESHA and WWT know how
Control and report ESHA peformance at assigned Clariant & partner sites
Develop and improve assigned Clariant or Partner sites reg.compliance with local and Clariant ESHA regulations
Carry out audiits, respective action plans and risk assessments at assigned Clariant or Partner sites

ESHA management DaGang
Ensure and control occupational safety regulations
Control and ensure safety standards of third parties on site
Supporting and providing ESH training of the personnel
Preparing and conducting emergency drills, evacuation exercises and fire fighting training, LEM exercises
Represent the company at regional Clariant ESH meetings
Prepare ESHA reports to share holders and third parties
Keeps himself informed about ESH relevant standards and regulations
Reports ESH relevant changes of standards and regulations to OM Manger and other departments
Assisting the line management to achieve compliance with ISO-, Clariant- and Chinese regulatory ESH standards
Preparing, organize, conducting and carry out regular inspections
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring procurement and documentation of required data
Supervises and control the company`s emmision. Ensure, that specifications are met.
Performing risk assessments and analyses and make proposal to close corresponding gaps
Reporting and coordinating investigation of accidents an incidents according to Clariant guidelines
Monitoring and reporting the follow-up of ESH audits and insurance inspections
Implement near miss reporting
Ensure that waste water treatment plant is running according to the laws and regulations of the PRC and the Clariant Guidelines.
Coordinate the disposal of waste water and solid chemical waste (include packaging materials)
More than 5 years experience in similar function, minimum three years in management level in an international company
Good ability on leadership, organization, coordination, ESHA management
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and mandarin;
Proficient at PC skills, MS Office, SAP
Comprehensive Knowledge of local codes, applicable laws and regulations.
High level of analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
