Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manage and develop the System quota and System solution sales relevant business for key accounts assigned
2. Promote and present Würth C-part System Solutions to all level of the costumers organization
3. Understand and professionally represent Würth System solution strategy –mission, vision and values
4. Broaden and deepen Würth System penetration at high potential existing accounts by working together with sales Team
5. Gather and share significant industry data and collaborate with Head of System department, Training Manager and Sales Team in order to implement Würth System solution and boost sales at assigned customers
6. Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals
7. Preparation of quotations
8. Prepare presentation of a full concept solution customized for specific costumer
9. Implement Würth System solutions into the quotation- showing how Systems add value to the costumer
10. Coordinate internally and externally for all services related to System solutions for key accounts assigned
11. Responsible for following up service status to make sure key accounts’ satisfaction
12. Proactively search for new costumers and business opportunities
13. Train sales department in presenting System Solutions: Definition, Benefits, and Cost saving
14. Train sales department and costumers in getting full benefit from System solutions adding value to both sales and costumer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Master degree in economy, business or related field is preferred
3. Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial field
4. Experience and background knowledge of concept sales and LEAN processes
5. Financial insight and knowledge of Company/Business structure
6. Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
7. Result orientated, have the ability to influence others
8. Conceptual thinking, Customer focus, resiliency and flexibility
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
10. Willingness to travel
11. Proficiency in Office software and ERP system (SAP)
12. Good health condition
