职位描述：
As Customer service role to communicate with external and internal party to execute daily operation, system, documentation and billings.
1.Daily receive/check booking, Packing List, Invoice from shipper/overseas/cusotmer, clarify all reqired shipment details with shipper/overseas/customer.
2.Check space and routing, communicate with overseas for green light and selling rate.
3.Prepare shipping advise once recieved green light and create job# in system.
4.Booking with Gateway team or co-loader, arrange pick up and customs clearance if request, monitor flight schedual and arrival status.
5.Internal billing cost accrual and external invoice/Tax invoice generation.
6.Tracking and tracing shipment status, monitor milestone and update customer daily report.
职位要求：
1.College level or above.
2At least 2-3 year air / ocean customer serivce experience in freight forwarding industry.
3.familiar with freight forwarding operation.
4.Mandarin and English language proficiency.
5.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
6.Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint ).
