Production Manager
Schiller China is looking for an experienced production manager to manufacture cutting edge products in the cardiopulmonary field. The right candidate must be a self-motivated leader with strong planning and organizing skills and production employee management. Product manufacturing and staff management are the primary responsibilities.

Job description:
? Production managers are responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of production processes (based on a controlled ISO13485 and cGMP).
? The production manager supervises and oversees all production personnel. This candidate should have exemplary leadership skills and be able to delegate tasks with ease.
? The production manager should help to coordinate/manage the receiving of raw materials.
? Oversees Inventory control and ensures we maintain a safety stock on materials.
? Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
? Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
? The production manager should maximize efficiencies of production and constantly improve company processes to ensure we are evolving with the market.
? The production manager should ensure health and safety regulations are met
? Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
? Work with Quality Management Department to implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
? They should ensure that production is cost effective.
? They should have a thorough understanding of tools and machinery.
? Develop understanding of the requirements of cGMP and ISO 13485 and how these standards pertain to manufacturing packaging for the medical device industry.

Required Skills
? Electronics Technical Education
? 2 years supervising teams
? 3 years of electronics manufacturing management experience. Medical device manufacturing experience is a definitive plus.
? Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques
? Proven communications skills in English and Chinese
? Proven Accountability to meet Business Goals
? Quality Management System experience (Chinese GMP, ISO13485)
? Experience with ERP systems, production scheduling, inventory control
