岗位职责：
General description of work assignments
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes ,maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations;
? Responsible for keeping integrated automation production line running in good condition, monitor the line status and continue improvement the performance of line ,work closely with other team members or suppliers to ensure smooth running of integrated automation production lines such as the traceability, flexibility are fulfilled;
? Organize / conduct /lead troubleshooting for all equipment issue through PLC & Industrial Control Software analysis to find out the root cause and recover their functions promptly to minimize the impact to production running ;
? Manage all hardware and software about industrial control system of all equipment, programming and programs back-ups;
? Establish and update preventive/correction maintenance plans and ensure their implementation, lead to implement TPM target and continues improvement in workshop;
? Make instructions and educate/guide operators and technicians, make sure the Integrity production line compliance with HTTJ requirements, update PM plan, SOP, PM checklist ,work /safety instruction etc if need, share technical knowledge to maintenance team members, include training and documentation ;
? Control of critical spare parts and establish spare list, safety stock and order spare part in time to make sure no any shutdown due to part shortage issue;
? Keep and update machinery documents, manual books and maintenance instructions and recordings;
? Responsible for take over at supplier and work with supplier during new line installation ,commissioning stage;
? Responsible HTTJ person at supplier during building and FAT;
? Complete ad-hoc assignments based on business needs;

任职资格：
Work experience requirements
? Proven record of experience with ABB robot (operation, programming, repairing);
? Familiar with PLC control , HMI;
? Experience with automotive production line and knowledge about pneumatic, schematics, wiring diagrams, Electro Mechanical controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and robotics;
? Experience with automated records systems such as SAP;
? Above five years working experience as electrical/automation engineer, chemical enterprise working experience is preferred
? Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English)
? ISO 9001/14001/18001/ TS16949 knowledge

Educational requirements
? Bachelor Degree, major in automation, mechatronics or equivalent.
