About the role
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Reporting Line: Controlling Manager - Overseas HQs
Location: Tianjin
Main Responsibilities:
As the Accounting Manager, you will be the local point of the WFOE and the Headquarters in U.S., working with HQ Finance team on Finance issues, taking charge of general accounting and shared service supports, including:
? Support the management team and set up the WOFE accounting system in compliance with polices of the Headquarter in U.S.
? Develop and build regular reporting and reviews mechanism to drive cost savings, ensure controllable cost control
? Manage day to day activities of payments, capital assets, accruals and accounting journals
? Process economic transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures
? Cooperate with other functions to follow up outstanding payments
? Identify non-compliance issues of expense claims and sundry payments
? Liaison with HQ Finance team for annual auditing
? Monitor monthly/quarterly/annual closing to meet with time line
? Ad-hoc report to support senior manager decision-making
? Perform other duties as assigned by management team


Qualifications & skills required
？ Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or ACCA would be advantage
？ Minimum six years of financial work experience in multinational companies, experience d in developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business / finance reviews
？ Good command of accounting principles and local regulations: tax law, company law
？ Practical knowledge of financial accounting / reporting
？ Strategic thinking, excellent communications, analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen
？ Experience of working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
？ Experience of cross-functional projects and process improvement within the operations/finance functions
？ Solid computer skills, familiar with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, etc.)
？ Proficient in English and Mandarin ( written and oral) 举报 分享
