Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse management:
(1)Standardize the process for warehouse operation;
(2)Stock accuracy monitoring;
(3)On time booking all transactions in SAP,
(4)Stock accuracy monitoring;
(5)Design and implement warehouse footprint to balance cost and service level in a most optimized way;
2. Customs affair management:
(1) Customs handbook management,
(2) To monitor the import and export;
(3) To monitor the balance between the customs handbook and inventory;
3. Inventory management:
(1) To monitor the inventory report and push the relevant action daily.
(2) Ageing report by month
(3) work with other department to clean up returns, scraps, slow moving;
Task:
1. To coordinate supply chain team to meet the target;
2. To response customers inquiries;
3. To communicate with internal and external Dept. daily or when required.
4. To train and help logistics people to enhance the ability of problem solving.
5. To report all logistics performance to senior management as and when required. Such reports includes Key Performance Reports (KPI), weekly and or Month-end S1 report regularly.
6. Responsible for the complain caused by logistics
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduate or Diploma holder with strong numerical, analytical and communications skills and at least 3 years working experience in supply chain management.
2. A lateral thinker, innovative, dynamic and goal getter and provide positive solutions for customers’ needs and requirements
3. Must be able to work independently without supervision.
4. High standard of organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
5. Good English skill both in written and oral.
