职位描述：
Objectives
This position ensures the seamless ICT operation and provides services to all employees and departments and takes all necessary measures to ensure efficient use of the ICT systems.
 
Tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for the IT-Operation SCHILLER Tianjin, including communications infrastructure
- Installing, configuring and maintaining server, client PC's, peripherals, network and communication technology
- Installing and configuring application & operating system software
- Troubleshooting software, hardware, and other issues reported by employees
- Write and maintain necessary technical documentation on ICT related procedures. Periodically train employees.
- Manage ICT investment and procurement process including SW license updates
- Participate in ICT projects
- Collaborate with and manage external ICT support and equipment provider
 
Profile
- Certified IT technician or equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Profound professional experience in information systems management and support
- Server/Client environments (Microsoft); LAN, WAN, Firewall, virtualisation, SQL, Exchange, Backup
- Advantageous: knowhow in Navision (ERP), Share Point
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; assertive self-starter; deadline mentality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
