Position Title: Production Engineering Administration
Reports To: Production Engineering Manager, Assembly Center Jiading
Location: Jiading, Shanghai, China

Responsibilities:

1. Arrange essential support for EHS management implementation
2. Comply with company EHS regulation strictly
3. Support Production Engineer on Engineering document building, control and distribution;
4. Support Production Engineer on ECR/ECN(engineering change management) system implementation;
5. Support Production Engineer to be responsible for drawing system(Teamcenter) control;
6. Be responsible for production engineering document and drawing controlled and updated timely;
7. Coach end users on drawing and ECR/ECN, document system;
8. Identify process/system gaps and opportunities for improvements;
9. Others assigned by management.

Qualification:

1. Above associates, engineering background preferred.
2. Above 2 years related work experience, the excellent fresh graduate with good potential can be considered.
3. To be familiar with engineering document and drawing management in quality system.
4. Self-motivated and ready to work under pressure
5. Skill of computer(MS Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
6. Good communication skills and coordination skills
7. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
