Job Description:
Essential Functions:
**Answer incoming calls/email from employees and line managers regarding the use of Self Service; acting as 1st point of contact. Ensure appropriate escalation process is followed.
**Follow up on customer issues in order to guarantee prompt resolution
**Document each call with customer ticketing system (MyTicket)
**Ensure KPIs are tracked and reviewed according to time frame
**May be called upon to work voicemails, emails, tickets, other personal data entry, and scanning/printing duties
**PeopleSoft data auditing

Education Standard:College/Bachelor degree is preferred
Requirement:
General Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
**Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal (assertiveness) skills
**Call center or customer service experience
**Customer and results oriented
**Fluent in Mandarin and English
**Work under pressure and deliver customer satisfaction
**Discreet in handling personal and confidential information
**User knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP is a plus
