DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.识别、评估EHS管理系统各条款的运营状况，维持并实现年度管控目标及方案，跟进内外审不符合项的改善。
2.辨识、评估适用的新法律法规、标准、规章制度等要求，通告、转化、更新至手册、程序文件等。
3.开展各类安全检查，巡视、督促整改各类安全隐患，实施作业许可审批制度。
4.申报、管控厂区的剧毒化学品、易制毒化学品，督促更新并保持化学品最新的MSDS。
5.推进EHS系列培训，开展安全知识竞赛、安全改善活动、安全评比等活动以建立安全文化。
6.调查、报告安全生产事故并督促整改，演练、评估应急准备及响应系统。
7.汇总并报告各监测数据至主管部门，包括月度排污申报、月度安全隐患申报、年度环境报表、危险废物转移审批等。
8.实施环境因素监测、职业危害因素监测和职业健康体检，策划、实施，审查供应商环境健康安全运行状况并督促不符合项的改善。
