Industrial Engineer

1. Standard time study for main products
2. DL HC configuration study and DL utilization/productivity improvement
3. Identify improvement opportunities in workstation ergonomics, line
balance, rearranging job duties, material flow, line configuration, jig
and automation design etc.
4. NPI line mockup and setup.
5. Drive LBR/ PBR performance improvement
6. Drive Continuous Improvement in capacity plan and capacity
optimization
7. Line configuration optimization support
8. Layout&material flow optimization and space management
9. Good with IE leadership and good in English presentation.
