职位描述：

To execute routine instrument and control system maintenance work and assigned TAR tasks for one unit (UT, Z2 or Z3), to follow work order processes and support operation in field to deliver safe and reliable production as well as safe & efficient work execution.

Safety and compliance management:
？ To supervise contractors to strictly follow/comply with HSSE, PTW, OMS, regulatory requirements, to achieve safety performance: no incident, no personal injury, no damage to environment and no LOPC
？ To lead and ensure risks for all of routine maintenance tasks are well assessed, and all risk controls are well implemented.
？ To identify/report/correct site unsafe conditions and potential environmental problems during daily work.
？ To openly speak up and report unsafe issues and conditions

Plant Integrity, reliability and Availability delivery:
？ To implement PPMs and site patrol inspection on time and with high quality to maintain integrity and reliability of I&C (instrument and control) equipment.
？ Identify and feedback opportunities for PPM optimization, equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
？ To perform timely and high quality trouble shooting to eliminate equipment defects at initial stage to ensure safe and reliable operation.
？ To strictly follow QC/QA process and comply with BP engineer standard/regulatory, and properly document/record related QC/QA for further analysis.
？ To lead and support RCFA investigation as assigned and input related information, to assist reliability study for specific equipment.
？ Lead and participate CI (continuous improvement) project as assigned and application of best practices at site for asset/equipment caring, reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Planning and work order process:
？ To develop specific work order planning( work scheme, labours, spare parts and tools etc.) for assigned maintenance tasks; and follow work order process effectively and strictly from notification till completion of work with proper documentation of maintenance history and report, to ensure safety, efficient, quality and priority are met.
？ To implement agreed daily, weekly and monthly schedule for assigned maintenance tasks, and work with and supervise contractors to executed maintenance work by following BPZ requirement.
？ To execute urgent work requests from daily operation to ensure safe and reliable operations.
？ To continuously optimize material and service etc. (like tools, material, procedures and contractor services etc.) in assigned maintenance work execution to deliver result.
？ To coordinate and assist equipment specialists during in-depth troubleshooting and TAR work management.
？ Coordinate resources with operation and contractors within one unit to ensure work efficiency and plants reliability, and to support other units when need.
？ To propose and implement solution to optimize/simplify work processes in assigned work area.

TAR Execution
？ To work as job representative and supervise contractors to execute TAR work package as assigned to meet TAR safety, quality, schedule and cost targets
？ To support operation to shut down and start up unit safely and timely.
？ To report issues during TAR and coordinate to deliver TAR performance target are met.

Contractor management
？ To supervise in-house and lump sum contractors on site, and report their performance to maintenance I&C supervisor.
？ To instruct and coach contractor work execution to meet BPZ work request
？ To assist contractor companies to maintain / improve the performance and capability of in-house and lump sum contractors to meet BPZ requirements base on different job characteristics.
？ To supervise and coach in-house contractors and lump sum contractors to meet and up to the expectation and performance standard


？ College graduated or above, majored in Instrumentation and Automation or equivalent discipline.

？ Requires at least 3 years of experience in large scaled I&C system engineering or operation and maintenance in petrochemical industry
？ Has working experience and good understanding on I&C system including various field instruments, control valves, on/off valves, site packages like DI-water/Chiller/Bagging system, Bently, DCS, PLC, machinery controls..
？ Skilful application of repairing technique and tools used on above equipments' maintenance.
？ Working knowledge and experience on assurance of engineering integrity, like use of technical standard and assurance process, assessment and mitigation of risk, assurance of competency of personnel etc.
？ Good understanding of maintenance system and process, like preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance;
？ Good understanding and working experience of maintenance work order process and computerized maintenance management system like SAP, etc.
？ Respect for and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
？ Good communication skill to provide technical instruction.
？ Language able English reading, writing, speaking; fluent mandarin speaking;
？ Computer skill- familiar with Microsoft office is essential.

？ Ability to lead when challenge occur and basic supervisory basis
？ Good partnership and teamwork;
？ Sound decision making;
？ Good HSE awareness and Basic application of HSE skill
