Responsibilities:

·To be mach with Company strategy and project target to finish all Engineering works include but not limited below Provision 2 Key Duties mentioned contents.

·Ensure the highest standard of design and documentation are applied in the most efficient manner to meet required standards of the practice and the client.

·Support others within other project teams, by sharing specialist knowledge and experience

·With an actively team working attitude and good English and coordination skill in a multi-disciplined team environment with other engineering disciplines and no critical complain from.

·Strictly comply with company discipline on all area.

Requirements:

·Technical, Degree or Master qualified in HVAC, Dynamic or Mechanical Engineering relative ,eligibility Post Title for membership of a recognized professional engineering body ,the qualification of registered engineer with a licence is preferred

·Over 5 years working experiences in HVAC, clean room designs for pharmaceutical, electronic industry etc.

·Possess of the good project experience included all engineering stages from Proposal, Conceptual Design, FEL/FEED or Called BEDP/PEDP, Detail Design

·Site Construction/Commissioning experience will be preferred

·Good Commercial Negotiation skill with client and contractors

·Familiar with the working procedures of project; possess of the ability to hands on all project documents such as Proposal, Reports, Specifications, TBE and so on for projects biding, design, procurement etc.

·Familiar with HVAC International / China Codes and regulations like GMP, cGMP, ASHRAE, Validation, ASME, API, GB codes etc.

·Good HVAC Engineering knowledge and experience

·Able to undertake special assignments as required

·Proficient HVAC professional software running ability like HVAC load calculation, and CAD skill

·Hands on software and Intermediate skills in (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, File maker, Email and Internet

·Good English skill in both of oral and writing

·Support strong service delivery to all clients

·Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
