岗位职责:
1、负责公司移动CRM产品销售策略规划及建设,制定营销计划;
2、负责企业客户的开发与客户关系维护,为客户提供信息化的整体解决方案;
3、负责公司销售易CRM软件产品销售线索挖掘,客户业务需求沟通,推动销售项目实施;
4、负责市场信息的收集、分析、反馈与跟踪
5、负责客户关系的建立与维护,维护并拓展销售网络
6、负责销售方案制定,产品选型推荐
7、具有独立销售方案编辑能力者优先
任职资格:
1、具有敏锐的市场洞察力,市场掌控能力,营销策划能力,团队管理能力;
2、具有较强的服务意识及开创精神;
3、抗压性强,综合素质高,具备良好的销售与商务谈判能力;
4、专科及以上学历,计算机相关专业;
5、1年以上软件,网络,IT产品销售经验,熟悉SAAS、CRM优先考虑
6、良好的谈判能力和较强的公关能力及商务谈判技巧,极强的业务开拓能力
7、责任心强,富有激情,能够承受较大的工作压力
8、有良好的职业道德、客户服务与市场开拓意识
9、团队合作精神,勤奋、踏实、敬业、善于学习和思考
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the company's mobile CRM product sales strategy planning and construction, to develop marketing plans;
2, responsible for the development of enterprise customers and customer relationship maintenance, to provide customers with information on the overall solution;
3, responsible for the company's sales and easy to CRM software product sales lead mining, customer business needs to communicate, promote the implementation of sales projects;
4, responsible for the collection of market information, analysis, feedback and tracking
5, responsible for the establishment and maintenance of customer relationship, maintain and expand the sales network
6, responsible for sales plan formulation, product selection recommendation
7, independent sales program editing ability is preferred
Post qualification:
1, has the keen market insight, the market control ability, the marketing plan ability, the team management ability;
2, with a strong sense of service and create a spirit;
3, compressive strength, high comprehensive quality, with good sales and business negotiation skills;
4, college degree or above, major in computer science or related;
5, more than 1 years of software, network product sales experience, familiar with SAAS, IT, CRM preferred
6, good negotiation skills and strong ability of public relations and business negotiation skills, strong business development ability
7, strong sense of responsibility, full of passion, able to withstand greater pressure of work
8, have a good professional ethics, customer service and market development awareness
9, team spirit, hard work, practical, dedicated, good at learning and thinking
