职位描述：
Major responsibilities:

1. Support management to monitor financial and controlling system in the company incl. implementing financial and controlling Regulation, accounting system reports & ERP system & filing system under law and internal KSB group requirement; cash flow management, Cost control system, Fixed assets register and other management system; Define clear tax arrangement in the start- up period with tax bureau ( under our investment agreement).
2. Prepare/submit the legal Financial monthly report for tax purpose ; company registration license update and renewal under law.
3. Monitor investment budget plan vs. cost control.
4. Inventory level Review and report.
5. AR/AP monthly review and follow up including on time report in TM5 system.
6. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, Cash flow forecast and plan for China cash pool system.
7. Fixed assets and Depreciation checking and report management
8. Other task assigned by direct supreme.

Requirement profile:

1. Bachelor , majored in Accounting or commercial relative subject.
2. Solid related working experience, serving foreign company is preferable
3. At least 7-8 years related working experience incl no less than 3 years supervision experience
4. Familiar with the Costing process in manufacturing / Service company and fill set of account / banking / national tax etc.
5. Knowledge of costing and cash management is priority.
6. Some Admin / HR background / experience are helpful.
7. Good Command of English ( spoken and Write )
8. Computer skills in Ms-office / Excel and Power point and with the experience ERP or Accounting
9. Software is necessary. Good knowledge and experience on SAP B1 will be priority.
10. Good team player, with highly motivated and good communication skill
11. Willing to learn and able to under pressure
12. Honest and full responsibility
