职位描述：
- Straightly adhere to the company’s HSE policy and requirements. To implement initiatives to ensure the achievement of the safety target.
- Arrange and coordinate personnel efficiently according to production plan and make sure production plan is achieved with the right quality and quantity in required timeline.
- Responsible in finding of root causes of any quality related problem; managing OEE in production area and perform analysis to improve production efficiency.
- Responsible for maintaining 5S and visualization activities. Implement continuous improvement activities in workshop in corporation with technology and quality.
- Work closely with Maintenance department to effectively implement TPM activities to improve the efficiency and utilization of the equipment.
- Closely monitoring and maintaining of training plan for employees, its assessment and evaluation in corporation with technology and production technician.
- In addition to this job description, any task to be assigned by the production manager.

- Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering related major.
- More than 5 years’ experience in Production Supervisor or with experience in textile technology management.
- Possesses strong LEAN/continuous improvement mindset.
- Having good knowledge and experience in HSE management.
- Ability in English -be able to read, speak and write.
- Excellent skills in MS office software.
- Health in good condition and able to adapt to change shifts and no color blindness.
- Dependable and independence.
- Good ability in communication, coordinate and execution and result oriented.
