Job Description:
1. Maintain the current dealer market, active in marketing development, develop potential customers, including group sales customers;
2. Ensure the rationality and order of marketing network, manage dealer relation, Keep a close eye on the stabilization of channel price, detect channel problems and give suggestion for improvement;
3. Regulate the display of shopping malls and layout of products, support dealers to change display samples on a regular basis to ensure that our products are shown in outstanding positions, keep counters tidy, ensure that there are people who are responsible for the sales of Blueair products, give regular training to frontline sales about products, selling point and sales skills;
4. Introduce company policy to all levels of dealers in the region, give instructions to the operation of dealers (inventory, ordering, display, after-sales etc.), help dealers to achieve operation goal, introduce selling point of new products;
5. Learn and encourage the dealers to learn from successful sales mode, sales channel of other region;
6. Responsible for the implementation of promotion plan from the head office and give feedback of the result, design promotion plan, marketing events and other issues within the region;
7. Introduce the correct usage of products to customers and clients within the region; assist dealers to check and inspect bad products; deal with emergency related to after-sales service;
8. Set up dealer profile, visit customers according to plan, conduct marketing survey, give prompt feedback; assist head office to do customer evaluation

4.对辖区内各级经销商进行宣传公司政策,并对经销商的经营活动进行指导(库存,订货,展示,售后服务等),帮助经销商完成经营目标,主动向经销商做新产品的卖点介绍,产品宣传工作,保证新产品得以顺利推广;
5.学习并引导区域经销商学习其他成功区域的销售模式,销售渠道.取长补短,因地制宜.
6.负责执行总部的促销活动,并对结果评估反馈,策划区域内的促销,公关活动,报批及组织实施和结果评估;
7.向区域内客户和用户介绍产品的正确使用方法; 协助经销商做好不良品的把关以及验收工作;处理区域内售后服务紧急事务;
8.建立经销商档案,按计划寻访客户,进行市场调查,及时反馈市场信息,协助总部进行客户评估;
Qualification:
1.Over 2 years city office supervisor experiences of a well-known brand; responsible city is provincial capital or above, sales revenue is above RMB 20 million;
2.College degree or above major in marketing, corporation managent;
3.Keen commercial sense, familiar with dealer management,marketing network set up, good organization, coordination and communication skills, work hard, ready to learn and good at learning.
职位要求:
1.任职知名品牌,城市办事处主管2年以上经验,所负责城市为省会级以上城市, 城市年销售额达到2000万以上;
2.具有市场营销,经营管理专业背景,大专以上学历;
3.具有敏锐的商业意识,熟悉经销商管理,市场网络建设等相关工作,有较强的组织,协调能力,善于沟通,具有敬业精神,具有良好的道德品质,积极学习,善于学习.
