职位描述：
Job Description:
Business Excellence(BE):
-Support plant manager in defining BE strategies.
-Responsible for articulating and communicating BE strategy to the function and serve as a role model for BE behaviors and values.
-Responsible to lead BE projects so as to improve quality, reduce cycle times, cost and achieve customers satisfication.
-Track and report project to plant manager and HQ.
EHS:
-Monior environmental metrics to meet goals according to cooperate’s requirement.
-Push to implement EHS standard work， to meet the requirement of cooperate’s EHS policy and GB law，and maintain the ISO14001 Environmental management system and OHSAS18001 Occupational health management system.
-Push EHS projects and proposals
-Responsible for EHS work of all internal & external audit and inspection.
-Plan EHS parts for EHS committee meeting，plan and organize EHS compaign，activity and trainings.

Requirement：
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Above 5 years relevant working experience in MNC.
-Green/black belt training experience is a plus.
-Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English is a MUST.
本科以上学历；
5年以上外资企业相关工作经验；
了解精益生产、项目管理相关理论知识，接受过六西格玛绿/黑带培训者优先考虑；
良好的英文听说读写能力（必要条件）。
