POSITION SUMMARY
· To prepare, complete, and distribute pertinent shipping documents to all appropriate parties
· Use Etrans & image system to handle the documents
· To follow up SOP strictly

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Keep track of inbound shipments and update shipment details in system
· Process inbound shipments and follow up cargo arrival notice
· Handle importing billing to overseas and collaborator
· Prepare/sort necessary document and perform duty of shipment release
· To complete PI in time
· Communicate with consignees with professional knowledge for smooth importation
· Other tasks assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· College or above
· Above 3 years relative work experience in air import operation in multinational freight forwarding company
· Good and clear understanding of Chinese import operation procedure
· Custom Brokerage license is preferred, but not necessary
· Must have PC experience and ability to prepare documentation quickly and accurately
· Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages
· Detail oriented
· Good communication skills
· Good personality: highly self-motivated and responsible
· Can work with minimal supervision
