Duties and Responsibilities:
? Build an International Residential Property business in South China with the support of Head of IP for China
? Coordinate the business opportunities with our overseas partners
? Work closely with overseas partners to meet their requirements on business needs and manage events
? Create and maintain new sales channel
Requirements:
? Working experience of 5 - 7 years or above in international residential sales, personal investment or luxury personal services sales sector
? Experience in international residential sales is ideal
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Strong capability of coordinating business with clients
? Strong organizational skills and able to work independently
? Fluent spoken and written language skills in both English and Mandarin
? Strong inter personal skills, flexibility and adaptability to change
