店经理是精品店方面的负责人,要保证精品店顺利和正常的运作。
店经理的主要职责如下:

● 管理精品店员工

1. 决定员工工作量和任务由现次序,进行任务授权、监督和评估员工表现,并主动采取改进性和加强纪律的行为。
2. 激发及激励员工建立有凝聚性和高效的团队。
3. 预估和明确地表达招聘需求。
4. 通过在店培训支持及监督新员工和不断改善现有员工的能力和态度。

● 管理精品店销售
1. 引导和激励销售人员完成管理层制定的每月及年度销售目标。
2. 制定及实施行动计划,着重改善销售人员的作品知识,销售技巧和服务态度。
3. 制定各销售人员的销售目标(金额及作品类型)和跟进个别的发展计划。
4. 实施零售部门制定的政策,例如折扣政策、礼品安排及使用、一般支出等。
5. 收集精品店活动后的结果及外界因素对生意可能产生影响的相关信息,提交管理层,例如本地政治和经济信息、市场活动、竞争者活动及业务表现等。

● 建立和管理与客户间的关系
1. 提供优质的客户服务
2. 建立和维持与VIP的良好关系。
3. 通过第三方合作关系和本地机构发掘新的客户。
4. 通过分析客户反馈和跟进服务来管理CDB。

● 管理精品店营运
1. 知道店主管计划、安排和指挥全面的精品店日常运营;协调时间、排班和员工调配;建立工作流畅;批准账单/支出;整理记录;安排设备的保养等。
2. 促进精品店问题的解决,对需要帮助的员工提供信息、建议及并协助他们解决问题。
