KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES主要工作职责

1. Based on company strategy and training needs of all departments, set up annual training plan and target根据公司战略和各部门需求，制定年度培训计划和年度KPI目标
2. Lead the training team to fulfill the yearly target, support the business from the training point of view带领公司培训团队完成年度培训目标，促进公司战略和业绩实现
3. Define training implementation procedure and standards, support to be applied确定培训实施流程和标准，并协助执行
4. Define training evaluation procedure and standards, support to be applied确定培训评估的标准， 并协助进行效果跟进
5. Make budget planning and control for all training activities负责年度培训预算和管控
6. Develop trainers in different areas, sort out the responsibilities of training team and make career development of the team发展不同领域专业培训师，合理规划部门架构及人员发展
7. Manage training facilities, include the establishment of subsidiary training centre负责培训相关设施发展与更新，包括培训中心的规划与建立
8. Communicate with the related bureaus and institutions for more resources负责与相关机构联系与沟通，包括专业培训咨询机构、外部企业及学校等
9. Promote and manage new projects, include the localization of the HQ projects发展新兴业务并进行项目管理，包括与总部合作项目的本土化
