Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or to be equivalent.
2.Detail oriented.
3.Good communication skills.
4.Sense of customer service.
5.Can be work under pressure.
6.Time management skills.
7.Willing to do and willing to learn.

Responsibility:

To act as the bridge between customer and company
To coordinate the daily operations with customer and internal teams (i.e. BD team, Operations team and Customer Service team, etc).
To ensure our service meets the requirement of customer.

1.Record trucking transaction on daily basis, info includes:
1)Arrival Date / Time
2)Driver Name
3)License Plate No.
4)Leaving Date / Time
5)HAWB No, Seal No.
2.Monitor trucker’s performance and service attitude, report any exception to Ops and CS;
3.Visual check for packing condition, ensuring cargo load on truck are received in good shape and condition;
4.Compare physical quantity with document, ensuring physical quantity match all document;
5.Co-ordinate with CS, OPS, Trucking Company and OEM;
6.Prepare regular report (format to be discussed);
7.Attend regular meeting for service review;
8.Act as an eye of FTN in the field and feedback any , build-up good relation with OEM;
9.Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
