质量工程师工作（负责新产品）职责
Quality engineer Job responsibilities(Responsible for new product)

1、 负责评审新项目的产品测量能力，就测量问题与顾客进行沟通，提出测量治具（fixture）或专用量具(gauge)的需求。
In charge of reviewingproduct measurement capabilities of the new project, communicate with the customer for the measurement problem; put forward the requirements of the measuring fixture or special gauge.
2、 负责确定新产品的测量方案，制作测量方法作业指导书。
Incharge of determine the measurement scheme of new products, making the work instruction book of measuring method.
3、 就新产品的测量方法与模具供应商及客户进行沟通。
Communicate with the mold suppliers and customers for the measuring methods of the new products.
4、 负责新产品的测量，出具尺寸测量报告。
In charge of the measurement of the new product, providethe size measurement report.
5、 建立新产品的测量记录档案，记录各阶段样件的测量结果及供应商改进情况。
Establish the measurement records of the new products. Recording the measuring results of the samplein each stage and recording the improvement situationof the supplier.
6、 保留新项目各阶段的样件及检测记录，分门别类存放并管理。
Retain thesamples and inspection recordsof each stageof the new project, be arranged to store and manage.
7、 负责编制CMM测量程序.
In charge of program the measurement routine of CMM.
8、 负责新项目阶段的测量系统分析，出具MSA报告.
In charge of measurement systems analysis of the new project stage, provide the MSA report.
9、 负责新项目阶段过程能力检查，出具PPK或CPK报告。
In charge of process capability testing out of the new project stage, provide PPK or CPK report.
10、 负责PPAP文件的编写和提交, 包括FMEA, 控制计划和作业指导书等
In charge of make and submit the PPAP document.Include FMEA, control plan and WI.
11、 负责对生产人员及QC人员进行相关测量知识的培训
In charge of the training about the relevant measuring knowledge for production personnel and QC personnel.
12、 负责处理新项目阶段的客户投诉，提交分析报告并跟踪改进措施的实施。
In charge of dealing with the customer complaint in the new project stage, submitting the analysis report and tracking improve the implementation of measures.

13、 负责部门交办的其它工作
In charge of other jobs assigned by the department.



要求：
Job requirements:
1、 机械类大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree orabove, majored in machinery or relevant.
2、 英语良好
Have a good command of English.
3、 有5年以上工作经验，3年以上冲压行业质量管理工作经验
At least 5 years working experience, more than 3 years Quality Management experience in stamping industry.
4、 了解ISO/TS16949及其5大工具，熟练掌握SPC, MSA, 8D方法，及QC7大工具
Know ISO/TS16949 and 5 tools, familiar with SPC, MSA, 8D methods and QC7 tool.
5、 能够识图，熟练操作OFFICE软件
Be able to identify the drawings,proficiency in Office software.
6、 熟练操作千分尺、卡尺、投影仪、CMM等测量仪器
Skilled operation of micrometer, caliper, projector, CMM measuring instruments.
7、 善于思考，有较强的质量分析能力
Be good at thinking, have strong ability of quality analysis.
8、 工作认真，责任心强，有一定协调沟通能力
Work conscientiously, have astrong responsibility heart, have certain communication skills.
