职位： 开票专员

General Responsibilities:
Invoices printing and management 发票的开具和管理
Input invoices Number in EDI system 在系统里输入开票的发票号码
Reconcile total invoices with JinShui system 开票总数与金税系统核对

Detailed Responsibilities:
Issue related invoices based on requirements from Sales team根据销售的要求开具发票
Input invoices Number one by one in EDI system 在EDI 系统里逐一登记开票的号码
Reconcile total invoices with JinShui system 开票总数与金税系统核对
Invoices sign in management 发票签收管理

Communications:
Internal – Operation, Business Units, Finance and Quality, etc.
External – Existing customers, Potential customers

Competency & Qualifications:
Microsoft Office 微软操作系统 知识及技能
College degree of accounting/finance 财务专业大专毕业
At least 1 years working experiences in foreign forwarding company 1年以上外资物流企业工作经验
Independent, outstanding flexibility, high team work spirit. 独立工作能力强，应变能力突出，具备团队精神
Fluent spoken& written English良好的英文口头及书面表达能力
