职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping.
与仓库航运保持联络并协调好装运
2. Liaise and co-ordinates with operations on orders fulfillment.
与操作团队联络和合作，完成订单履行
3. Handle and follow-up on customer enquiries, provide timely feedbacks, taking order from customers, follow up the daily shipment.
处理和跟进客户的咨询，提供及时反馈，接受客户订单，跟进日常出货。
4. Co-ordinate with clients & overseas agent;
协调客户及海外代理
5. Maintain and enhance effectively customer service in operations and service with customers.
维护和加强有效的客户服务
6. Providing customers with product and service information; promoting good relationship with customer by satisfying customer, willingness to help at all times.
为客户提供产品和服务信息;保持良好关系，时刻准备为客户提供帮助
7. Following up unsolved customer inquiries and finding answers to customer queries.
跟进未解决的客户咨询并寻求解答客户疑问。
8. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, service recovery and special service requirement.
灵活处理客户投诉，服务补救和特殊服务要求
9. Coordination among external customer and internal customer (i.e. sales, customs and finance) to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
协调好内部和外部客户（如销售，海关和金融），以达到顾客满意度。
10. Prepare and create billing reports as assigned.
准备和创建分配的营业报表
11. Performs other job related duties as and when required by superior.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above
本科及以上
2. At least 1years experience in this position
至少有1年操作主管/物流主管工作经验
3. Good at English communication
有较好的英语沟通能力
4. Familiar with bonded logistics and customs
熟悉保税物流和关务流程
