Main Duties
Perform daily sales reconciliation
Monthly reconciliation with department stores and issuing invoices;
Check the department store charges and correct the mistake if find;
Take charge of AR report and AR aging analysis, review and analyze AR Report weekly;
Follow up AR collection progress and update report ,clear AR balance on time after collection;
Participate in E-commerce sales data check based on TP report;
Provide financial and operational support on ad hoc project.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of accounting policy of PRC;
At least 3 years’ working experience in AR function, retail industry preferred;
Logical thinking, strong interpersonal skill, proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented;
Familiar with SAP functions and office software, especially Excel.
