Summary
The main responsibility of this Commerical Director position is to develop and grow the business of the Industrial Tires business units as the commercial head for China. The candidate will be responsible for outlining all commercial strategies for future growth in the China region. This role is based in Shanghai.




Key responsibilities:
? promote the development of sales and customer base in China
? set up future strategy and action plans to successfully penetrate the market
? proactively create and maintain the relationship with the national and international OEM's
? manage and drive all sales team members
? identify and visit key organisations such as vehicle manufacturers, tyre distributors, tyre dealers, forklift dealers and forklift rental companies to promote our products
? promote the active participation at local exhibitions in conjunction with central marketing




Key requirements:
? Engineering degree preferred, MBA appreciated
? minimum 8-12 years' experience combined with minimum 3 years in a management position
? must have a background in sales and/or business development within the industrial tyre industry
? excellent English and Mandarin
