Ocean Operation Coordinator(Documentation)
Job Summary
- Handle operation/documentation
- Comply with SOP and working procedures
- Document filing
- Data entry work
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact customer to obtain required shipping details
- Prepare House bill of lading, FCR document
- Release HBL, FCR to customer when all requirements have been met
- Prepare and submit MBL/shipping information to ocean carrier
- Collect and exam customer’s shipping documents and shipping information
- Input data and transmit pre-alert to overseas office
- Input shipment data into client’s PO system within the required timeframe
- Prepare and dispatch shipping documents to overseas office
- File all job files once checked
- Update customer and counterpart on issues affecting them
- Communicate promptly with customer
- Carry out and maintain ISO requirements
Qualifications
- College above
- At least 1 years working experience in sea freight company
- Good English and Mandarin
- Fast & accurate typing
- Good PC knowledge
