1、在店长离店期间，负责和领导店铺员工完成销售指标；
2、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息，有效地处理客人的意见和投诉，提高客户满意度；
3、配合店长进行员工培训，包括产品知识、服务质量、基础英语及电脑操作等；
4、根据公司对店铺的要求，及时对货品及数据方面进行必要的统计；
5、不断提高自身业务及其他素质


岗位要求：
1、高中或以上学历，有三年以上品牌零售工作经验，有精品或高端化妆品行业销售经验者优先；
2、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，具有一定的中英文沟通能力；
3、具有良好的沟通和理解能力，出色的销售能力以及团队合作精神；
4、形象气质佳，有亲和力
5、能在压力下出色完成业绩指标
