Östberg is one of the world leading duct fan producer and have since the start 1981 focused on in-line duct fans which we continuously develop. Today we have a wide range of in-line duct fans, wall fans, roof fans, radial fans, energy recovery units and Rotor heat exchanger.Now we are looking for Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia area due to the business needs:
Requirements 职位要求:
- Age is preferably 25 – 35, with minimum 2-3 years working experience in the ventilation/HVAC industry.通风行业2至3年工作经验。
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering 理工类学士学位。
- Good relations with designing institutes ,contracting companies and real estate companies, government associations.与设计院、工程公司、房地产公司等行业相关企业有相关沟通与合作。
- Good knowledge of how to establish sales channel and coordinate between distributors善于拓展销售渠道及经销商管理。
- Fluent English both in Oral and Written英语口语与书写能力良好。
- Hard working, team spirited, self-disciplined, interactive, business sensed工作勤勉、团队合作精神、自律、沟通能力强、有良好的商业意识
- PC-experience regarding Windows, MS-Office电脑操作熟练
- Frequent traveling is necessary可频繁出差
- Oversea studying and working experience would be a plus有海外工作经验及学习经验优先考虑
- No limitation to the registered permanent residence.居住地无居住限制。
Job objective:
Establish and maintain sales channels in China. Train, guide and support customer sales team, in fulfillment of sales target and implement sales activities in conformity to Ostberg sales policies.

Job description:
- Responsible to follow routines in AP0301 “Contract Review”
- Responsible to carry out sales according to the Company policy
- Responsible to coordinate with current dealers in different projects including turn-key contracts
- Responsible to develop New Qualified regional dealer in responsible sales area
- Responsible to support the dealers in the responsible sales area with technical training
- Responsible to support the dealers in responsible sales area with local product presentations
- Responsible to support when needed participate in the dealers negotiation for important projects within the sales area
- Responsible to support dealers in the responsible sales area in after-sales service
- Responsible to have control over which projects the dealer work with and to report these project to Sales Support System
- Responsible to timely report and update Sales Support System according the Companies routines
- Responsible to be engaged in the sales areas market and needs on the market and to transfer this information to the Company
- To develop the market in the responsible sales area for Ostbergs complete product range
- Responsible to keep close contact with Sales Assistant to understand the delivery status
- Responsible to keep close contact with Accounting Department and the Sales Assistant to know the status of account receivable
- Responsible to follow up Sales Orders from ordering to Commissioning
- Responsible to act so that the invoiced sales order is paid according agreement and to transfer updated information in a timely manner to related departments if non- confirming of payment and the reason for non- confirming of payment
- Establishing good and long term relationship with end users of our products majorly real estate developers, installers, contractors etc.
- Carrying out and implementing sales promotion in designing institute
- Attend exhibition or any promotional events approved/designated by the company
- Timely reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager, with copy to General Manager and Marketing Director in compliance with reporting routines. Weekly & Monthly report is requested
- To be active in building strong team work spirit

Regional Sales Manager’s most important work areas, results, responsibilities and targets are:
- To perform daily sales work in best possible way to develop Ostberg Product range in the responsible sales area
- To build up a strong competitive network of dealers in the responsible sales area
- To build up a strong awareness at OEM customer according the companies policy/product range
- To build up a strong awareness of Ostberg product range and get Ostberg product range as an accepted brand in all main design institutes.
Requirements 职位要求:
