Responsibilities:
? Both candidates will be responsible for Asia business(2 plants as a whole).
? Cup forming tooling and die cutting tooling design, technical communication with supplier; project management for tooling projects.
? Responsible for new product design, getting ready for tooling design.
? On-site tooling inspections.
? Tooling suppliers back up evaluating.
? Drawings for replacement parts for production.
? Project management for assigned projects – cross function coordination involved.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering – tooling/die design major preferred.
? 2-4 years’ working experience for tooling design or mechanical parts design
? Working experience in trans-national company
? Skilled in AutoCad and Solidworks.
? CET-6 required. Good in both verbal and speaking English. Can communicate in English both verbally and in written smoothly.
? Good communication skills to fit for cross-function coordination.
? Integrity and trust
? Long term contract commitment for U.S. training (est. 2-3 months)
