职位描述
- Apply with accuracy and completeness, the basic fundamentals of customer service and established processes and systems in the execution of the work with limited supervision
- Perform clerical duties in accordance within defined International Paper workflow processes, systems, policies, procedures, and practices that include building order specifications, performing estimating function, sales order entry, miscellaneous invoicing, production guidance, specification approval, creating purchase orders, records management, and dispute management
- Work within the International Paper systems and/or Customer systems to create estimates, coordinate production requirements, deliveries, shipping, and inventory management. Supports processes that reconcile customer accounts, including investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Handle repeat orders and lower complexity accounts
- Provide a broad range of clerical support for the department and/or customer account
- Support the Project Manager, possess understanding of bill of materials and can execute work handed off by Project Managers.
Seeks guidance for solutions; limited authority to resolve issues within current processes.
Provides back up support for other administrative functions as needed.
Requirements
- One to two years’ work experience in customer service, business-to-business inside sales, order management, purchasing, or manufacturing planning
- Possess a recognized Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
