KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作任务和职责

1. Good understanding on the unmet needs, objective and procedure of nurse education with interaction across functions.
2. Ensure good implementation of nurse education programs to improve disease awareness and management.
？ Participant in internal procedures preparation for program modules
？ Project implementation thru good communication with KOLs and customer.
？ Support, organize, evaluate and follow up nurse related activities with local specialist teams
3. Cooperate with brand and medical team for most updated medical information and knowledge then to nurse education program.
4. Share with learning, program progress and customers’ feedbacks to achieve on-going improvement
5. Assist to train local specialists to acquire outstanding, professional, customer-centric mindset and capabilities to interface with customers

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES教育背景/语言
？ Bachelor Degree in Medicine or related field preferred
？ Fluent in English, both literal and oral

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS专业技术能力
？ 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry among which at least 1 year working experience in project management (central function) in leading pharmaceutical MNC
？ Familiar with China pharmaceutical industry environment and franchise experience is preferred
？ Have working knowledge of market research, product sales and sales promotion activities
？ Able to analyze data, to evaluate promotional/tactical activities and to prepare operational plans
？ Good verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building, negotiation and listening skills
？ Good knowledge of computer software
