RESPONSIBILITY:
? Lead the effort to operationalize the development, implementation, and completion of a variety of medical affairs projects to aligning with MS China business strategies and policies
? Execute sponsorship of healthcare professional to attend a medical or scientific meeting
? Collaborate with academic society , hospital to provide support for independent medical education activities for Healthcare Professionals, such as through Continuing Medical Education(CME), Independent Medical Education(IME), and fellowships, as well as support for patient education
? Manage and coordinate with third-party scientific society/organization for providing awards to recognize medical/scientific achievement, particularly in areas where Merck Serono conducts research
? Handle donations for patient benefit
? Ensure the execution and timelines for external scientific affairs projects
? Control the budget under the original plan
? Ensure stringent compliance for all related medical projects

EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
? Bachelor degree on clinical medicine or Business administration, master degree is prefer

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
? Strong project management skills
? Excellent communication and influencing skills
? At least 1-2 year experience in pharmaceuticals company
? Familiar with medical knowledge and clinical practice of the responsible therapeutic area is a plus
? Good at Microsoft office software
? Language: proficiency in oral and written English
