Our professionals specialize in design, master planning, environmental and ecological planning, strategic planning and economic development. We create implementable solutions that promote sustainable land use and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide landscape advice on planning, design and implementation of landscape work in residential, commercial and public space projects.
2. Develops project work plans and designs advice in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems that effectively address the social, legal, and economic implications.
3. Help project director to prepare presentation document and design report.
4. In charge of internal quality control process of project and project financial management
5. Provide project or task management to develop landscape design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and impressive graphic images.
6. Prepare landscape designs, supervise the implementation of works contracts, supervise performance of consultants, and carry out landscape related with studies and research.
7. Frequently meets with project director, clients and LDI in decision-making role.
8. Demonstrates ability to organize and lead supporting design team
9. Experience with DD design or planting design.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years’ experience as a Landscape Architect, with experience working in China.
2. Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related field is required; Master Degree in Landscape Architecture is highly preferred.
3. Strong graphic and illustrative capability.
4. Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
5. Experience working on medium to large-sized international projects.
6. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills.
7. Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software etc.
8. Strong conceptual ability is highly regarded.
9. Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
10. Strong DD design or planting design skills.
11. Portfolio attached is a must.

职位要求：
1 3至5年景观建筑师经验，有国内工作经验。
2 景观建筑或相关专业本科，景观建筑硕士优先。
3 具有设计天赋、较强的绘图和抽象理解能力。
4 有优秀的成品作品集，展示一定的技术能力。
5 具备领导项目团队从事小到中型项目的能力。
6 优秀的设计、可视化和绘图能力。
7 熟练应用AutoCAD 和Adobe Creative Suite软件包。
8 具备较强的创作能力为佳。
9 较强的沟通和人际交往能力，中英文流利。
10 优秀的扩初设计经验或植栽设计经验。
