Position Overview: (the primary reason the position exists)

This role is to be responsible for handling all day to day finance and accounting works for Goodman North China companies including full sets of accounts and ensuring the compliance with local tax bureau, SAFE requirements as well as managing all bank related work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all cash/bank payment and daily bookkeeping in accounting system.

- Handle monthly payment notices and invoices issuing to tenants of all Goodman properties located in North China in timely and accurate manner.

- Responsible for month end closing and tax filing in accordance with legal requirements of PRC.

- Responsible for shareholder loan registration and payment approval from SAFE.

- Establish and keep good relationship with bank, tax bureau, SAFE etc, in order to comply with the requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Responsible for all the other ad hoc works of finance and accounting.

Report directly to the Assistant Finance Manager

Skills & Qualifications: (education, experience and technical skills required.)

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Over 4 years relevant accounting and full set of accounts experience preferably working in MNC environment.Property industry working exposure preferred but not necessary.

- Practical experience in dealing with bank, tax bureau, SAFE and related government departments.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast and growth working environment.

- Ability to communicate in English.

- Good team player and initiative to work without direct supervision.
