Responsibilities:
1.Provides services at all levels to distributors/end users as well as internal customers.
为分销商及其终端用户提供全方面的服务(包括公司内部客户)
2.Supports in the development of sales plans and pricing strategies for assigned products/brands.
为指定产品及其品牌在发展销售计划与定价策略时提供支持
3.Develops an industrial distribution network selling all Timken bearing related products and power transmission products.
开发在指定区域内销售所有铁姆肯轴承相关产品与动力传动产品的工业分销网络
4.Manages the sales development at target accounts and opportunities within the region.
管理在分配区域内目标客户与目标销售机会的业务拓展
5.Monitors competitor activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
监控竞争对手的活动与确保相应的反馈策略被用于沟通
6.Provides the sales forecast for the customers/segments/territories under his/her responsibility.
在职责范围内对客户与细分市场及区域提供销售预测

Requirements:
1.Must be bachelor degree or above with a mechanical major or related engineering background.
具有机械专业或相关工程背景的大专或大专以上学历
2.At least 3 years relevant working experience in bearing or PT area(include bearing, power transmission belt, pully, coupling, gearbox, seals),imported ball bearing sales experience will be a plus
至少在轴承或动力传动产品领域(轴承,动力传送带,带轮,链条,联轴器,齿轮箱,密封等动力传动产品)三年以上销售经验,有进口球轴承销售经验优先考虑
3.Good interpersonal communications and presentation skill.
良好的内部沟通能力与口才
4.Solid English communication skills both in written and spoken will be preferred.
具有较佳的英语书写与口语沟通能力将会优先考虑
5.Aggressive and work well under pressure.
进取且能在压力下工作
6.Willing to travel frequently domestically.
愿意经常在国内出差
