Team assistant (Trainee)
Mission
1 Be responsible for the company's administration stuff (travel arrangement, visitors welcome, stationery purchase, etc)
2 Organize activities.
3 Coordinate team managers on daily operation issues (like meeting preparation, etc).
4 Be communicator among teams.
5 Manage service suppliers to ensure satisfied services.
6 Support other functional teams (Finance, IT, Logistics) during daily work.
7 Follow other tasks from office manager.
Profile
1 Sport lover.
2 Fluent in spoken and written English
3 Bachelor degree or above.
4 Work as least 3 days per week
5 You Will graduate on 2016
6 Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
7 Open minded, honest, detail-oriented, and good time management, proactive, self-motivated.
